During this form, you will be asked to provide details about yourself and, where applicable, your business. This may include contact information, business details, payment information, and other information necessary for us to engage you as an assessor. Please ensure that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date, as this information will be used throughout our working relationship.

You will also be required to provide an electronic signature. Your signature confirms that the information you have provided is correct to the best of your knowledge and allows us to process the agreements and documentation associated with your onboarding. Documents signed through this portal carry the same effect as those signed using traditional handwritten signatures.

For security purposes, access to this form is restricted and requires a valid onboarding link issued directly by Green Gnomes. Each link is unique to the intended recipient and may have an expiry date.
